Website and Course Information Terms
Website content provides general course and collaboration information. It does not replace a training agreement, admission notice, collaboration agreement, or other formal document.
Public information
We aim for clarity, but courses, cities, dates, instructors, capacity, prices, and service scope may change with the applicable arrangement.
Course confirmation
Enrollment, payment, opening, transfers, refunds, repeat training, and completion requirements follow signed agreements and written notices. The website itself does not complete enrollment or payment.
Intellectual property
Website brands, text, images, and course materials are protected by applicable law. They may not be copied, distributed, adapted, used for training, or commercially exploited without permission.
Participant works
Participants must have lawful sources and necessary permissions for all text, images, audio, fonts, and other materials. Display, distribution, and commercial collaboration require separate authorization.
Completion records
A course completion record documents course completion only. It is not a national vocational qualification or occupational skill-level certificate.
Third-party fees and services
Whether travel, accommodation, creative resources beyond the course allowance, or other third-party services are included depends on the course description and agreement.
Opportunities and outcomes
Completing a course or a work does not automatically secure distribution, broadcast, projects, employment, or revenue. A work with a complete rights record that meets content, technical, and market requirements may apply for review under the then-current rules. Acceptance, approval, contracting, scheduling, and settlement remain subject to independent review and written agreements.
Responsibility boundaries
To the extent permitted by applicable law, impacts caused by uncontrollable networks, devices, third-party services, policy changes, or a participant's failure to preserve materials are addressed according to actual responsibility and the formal agreement.
