Website and Teaching Service Terms
These terms describe use of the ATVAI website and teaching platform. Course services follow the published plan version, the written proposal accepted by both parties and the formal agreement.
Course information and plan versions
Program descriptions help you choose a course. Applications are accepted only for published plans open for enrollment. Each plan version specifies whether an individual item is online or offline, its tasks, work requirements and completion criteria. Draft plans and missing recordings or materials are not available teaching content.
Applications, payment and activation
Choose a course, teaching plan and applicable accommodation. Read the sample agreement, confirm your selected package and submit your application. Keep the reference number. Staff then confirm dates, rooms, formal signing and payment before manually activating access. Guardians apply for learners under 18. No online payments are collected. The application form and sample agreements are in Simplified Chinese. The contracting and receiving entity is 深圳市亚视人工智能有限公司. Verify the formal agreement, receiving account and applicable payment-supervision requirements before paying. Do not pay an unverified personal account.
Accounts and guardian access
Adults and guardians sign in using staff-activated accounts and change initial passwords when prompted. Do not share accounts, impersonate others or submit attendance for another person. Guardians use only their linked children’s learning and verification records. Teachers access only authorized classrooms and teaching resources. Staff verify password recovery and phone-number changes.
Online learning and offline arrangements
Online learning follows its access period; in-person attendance follows confirmed dates and sessions. Changes, cancellations, catch-up teaching and undelivered services follow the agreement and applicable law. Booking, check-in or login does not mean full service delivery.
Teaching and practice materials
Brands, content, courseware and teacher guides retain their applicable protections. Teacher slides and detailed guides are for authorized online teaching and must not be downloaded, copied or redistributed without permission. Practice assets explicitly marked as downloadable and prompts marked as copyable may be used within their license. Watermarks and access controls do not guarantee prevention of screenshots or recording.
Work submissions and version review
Adult learners must have lawful sources and necessary permissions for text, images, voices, fonts and other assets, and accurately identify individual or team contributions. Formal review applies to a submitted, preview-ready version. Changes require a new version and do not overwrite earlier feedback. Submission supports the relevant teaching service; external display, distribution and commercial use require separate authorization.
Completion, issuance and verification
Completion requires the plan’s online tasks, valid offline attendance or make-up learning, and assigned approved works, followed by teacher review, campus checks and headquarters issuance. The certificate records course completion only; it is not an academic degree, national vocational qualification or occupational skill-level certificate. Verification uses its number and name or QR link. Corrections, replacements and revocations preserve historical status. Headquarters must address a valid certificate before its supporting teaching evidence is corrected.
Talent services and collaboration requests
Eligible adult graduates may separately consent to headquarters-reviewed profiles for invited companies. Companies must not redistribute restricted records, seek unauthorized files or use works beyond the permitted talent-matching purpose. Favorites and requests are not employment, procurement or work-license contracts. ATVAI follows up and both parties confirm any collaboration separately; hiring, orders, distribution and income are not guaranteed.
Third-party platforms and additional costs
Included points are for designated CoolShowAI services and remain valid for one year after posting. They are issued within two working days after formal activation and the first valid learning activity for Cloud, or after the first valid check-in and actual teaching for in-person courses. Login, booking or scanning a code does not mean full service delivery. Eligible top-ups receive 10% off the official standard price for one year from the initial enrolment payment; confirm eligible services and usage rates on the top-up page. Accommodation-inclusive prices are the total per person for the full course and the stated stay. Standard lodging means one bed in a shared twin room: 6 nights for Seven-day and 30 nights for Elite. The single-occupancy supplement is CNY 100 per room-night for selected nights. Supplements already included in the selected course total are not charged again. Unused supplements are refunded by night. No supplement applies when the institution cannot provide a roommate. Standard lodging is part of the package and is not deducted again as hotel costs when settling a refund.
Changes and contact
Rescheduling, cancellations and campus changes are recorded on the platform and communicated by staff. Network, device or third-party issues are handled according to the circumstances, with necessary teaching records retained for review. Email ai@atvai.org about courses, certificates or these terms. Service disputes follow the parties’ agreement and applicable law.
Refunds
Undelivered service is settled using the actual paid package price and remaining billable lessons, without restoring market prices or a default 10% administration fee. Lawfully itemised, actually delivered compute is accounted for separately; if its full value is deducted, unused credit remains usable. Standard lodging follows the undelivered-lesson proportion, with unused single-room supplements added back. Delivered lessons require records; absence does not automatically mean full delivery. Any higher statutory refund takes precedence. Actually delivered online content that is lawfully exempt from no-reason refunds is handled under the agreement and applicable law. Activation does not mean future guidance or reviews have been delivered. Undelivered services and statutory termination or refund rights are not waived by login or activation. Refunds depend on actual delivery, the agreement and applicable law. First check-in or activation does not remove statutory rights, including any applicable seven-day refund right. Contact admissions about cancellations, non-delivery or services that differ from the agreement.
Repeat study after graduation
Seven-day and Elite learners may apply for one repeat of the same course within one year after their first qualifying graduation, across all price and accommodation options. Standard teaching, group guidance and review fees are waived. Compute, lodging, single-room supplements, meals, transport and optional services are self-funded. Credits and included nights are not granted again. A repeat creates no new repeat entitlement or top-up discount period. A timely application remains eligible if the institution cannot offer a class within the period.
Youth AIGC
Youth AIGC is a paid, term-based course separate from the free Youth Animation Experience Center activities. It serves learners aged 8–18 living in Shenzhen, with no Shenzhen household-registration requirement and no accommodation. A guardian enrols participants under 18; those aged 18 act for themselves. Fees, agreements and class opening follow applicable extracurricular-learning requirements and the published plan confirmed by admissions. Each Youth term requires a new application and payment. There is no automatic renewal. Any credit for a later order must be specified in that order; the initial 30,000 points is not automatically carried over or granted again.
