01Can a complete beginner participate?
Yes. Cloud Creator begins with the fundamentals. In-person courses may require online preparation and an equipment check; follow the applicable written admission notice.
02Is the reference price the final fee?
Prices are CNY reference prices, not binding quotations. Cohort availability, scope, fees, and transfer or refund terms are governed by the applicable written notice and signed agreement.
03Do all cities open cohorts on the 1st and 16th?
No. Those dates are rolling reference points only. City, venue, course, and capacity require written confirmation.
04Is distribution guaranteed after completion?
No. Eligible works may apply for review, but review, contracting, scheduling, and settlement are separate processes with no guarantee of approval or revenue.
05Is the completion record a vocational qualification?
No. It records completion of the applicable course only.
06Do fees include travel, accommodation, and all creative resources?
Usually not. Travel, accommodation, resources beyond the course allowance, and third-party fees are governed by the course description and agreement.
07Are projects, jobs, or orders guaranteed?
No. When a verified need exists, eligible participants may receive application or matching information, but volume, value, hiring, and outcomes are not promised.
08Can institutions and companies collaborate?
Yes. Send the need to the official email address. Scope, permissions, budget, schedule, and deliverables require separate review and a signed agreement.
