CREATIVE PHASE / 01
Define your audience and premise, then develop character motivation and dramatic conflict. Turn the idea into an episode script ready for production.

Create a consistent approach to characters, settings and style. Plan action, emotion and pacing through the storyboard.

Build reusable and traceable rules for characters, locations, props, colour, and visual style.
Translate the script into boards, shot rhythm, and motion tests that validate performance and continuity.
Organise character and setting assets, storyboards and shot versions so production has a clear reference.
CREATIVE PHASE / 03
Produce and revise the shots, then bring editing, sound and subtitles together into a coherent finished sequence.

Manage assets, shot production, tasks, versions, mentor notes, and revision in one project workspace.
Complete voice, music, sound, editing, captions, packaging, and human quality checks for the finished work.
Track shot tasks, tutor feedback and revisions. Organise the final cut, subtitles and presentation assets.

Check picture, sound, asset rights and AI labelling. Assemble the materials needed for project review and distribution preparation.

The Shenzhen base is open. Each course item specifies online or in-person delivery; confirm attendance and visits in advance. Hong Kong exchange is optional, with itinerary and fees confirmed separately.
